Hola from Madeline

Hola!

It is super hot today! 82 degrees in the shade! I decided that if this is March in Florida, I am totally unprepared for the heat of the Ecuadorian jungle! I know that my sister, Abigail, will probably have 2,000 bug-bites, too. She is constantly getting bitten.

We went birding the other day and saw:

two Pied-Billed Grebes

two Common Moorhens

a nesting Limpkin

a pair of Sandhill Cranes

an American Coot

a Great Egret

two Great Blue Herons

a Little Blue Heron

some Loud Crows

a group of Turkey Vultures

and a looooooong, scary Black Snake

I really miss Blairsville and the people there. But I am glad that I am going to missionary kid to Ecuador, because I can’t wait to share the good news down there. I am going to be able to tell lost people about the Living Water!

So All May Know,

Madeline Studebaker
